The Next Generation was a very interesting film but I found it to be a very sad one as well. The statement made in the beginning of the film, "Preventing use is not the same as preventing prevention". I found that statement to be very interesting because most of us doesn't really think of it that way. What I found to be the most saddending about the video is what the little boy had to endure while his parents were addicted to drugs.
